Mr. Stefan Müller is the Co-founder, shareholder of Enerparc AG and since end of 2008 as a board member responsible for the international and operational business. After his diploma theses in 1992 in Solar Energy he gained international experiences in different roles for international companies in various countries and was based in India and Singapore. Enerparc is an international specialist in the whole value chain of large-scale photovoltaic power plants, has 150 experienced employees with offices in Germany, India, US and a number of registered partners (Ukraine, Jordan, Egypt, Belarus and others).

Gianluca has over 9 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, spread across different areas, from the development to the financing, construction and then technical, administrative, financial, accounting and fiscal management of energy production assets and their respective investment vehicles setup in different countries. Since joining NextEnergy Capital, Gianluca has contributed to the setup and growth of the business and the corporate structure, gaining progressively external exposure and internal responsibilities. Gianluca has also been involved in the provision of asset management services to both lenders and sponsors and actively participated to lobbying activities carried-out by key Italian sector associations such as Assilea. Previously, Gianluca worked in the investment banking industry for 6 years, across different financial institutions (Calyon, Mediobanca, Dresdner Kleinwort and lastly Morgan Stanley) and countries (Italy and UK), gaining an extensive experience in the energy and infrastructure sector, having worked on several landmark M&A and capital market transactions closed both in Italy and abroad. Gianluca is graduated cum laude in Business Administration with a major in Corporate Finance at the Bocconi University (Italy).

Mr. Hanawalt has worked in the independent power industry since its birth in the early 1980's. Over the past thirty years, has developed a deep set of operational & management skills including start-up engineering, performance engineering, operations management, and asset optimization.
Steve started his career as an engineer with International Power Technology. Recognizing personal computing technology allowed engineers for the first time to automatically acquire and process realtime plant data, he founded Power Factors Incorporated in 1986 to provide plant performance analytic services to the power industry. Steve successfully ran Power Factors as CEO for 12 years before being recruited by Calpine in 1999 to develop its Plant Optimization business unit. Steve developed and led the group for 7 years where his team was responsible for optimizing the thermal and economic performance of Calpine’s 25,000 MW portfolio of combined cycle power plants.
In 2007, Steve left Calpine to join SunPower Corporation as Global Vice President of O&M where he had responsibility for commissioning and managing the largest fleet of solar photovoltaic power plants in the world at the time. Recognizing the solar industry needed an independent monitoring and asset management software platform, Steve left SunPower in January of 2012 to form Power Factors LLC with two additional partners.
Steve is an Executive Vice President at Power Factors where he works with customers to ensure their successful use of the Power Factors’ SaaS solution which is now monitoring over 20 GW of solar and wind power projects around the world.
Steve received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley in 1982 with a specialization in energy conversion.

Director in the Infrastructure team at Foresight Group, a leading independent infrastructure and private equity investment manager with £2.8 billion of assets under management, raised from institutional investors, family offices, private and high net-worth individuals.
Focused on origination, arrangement and execution of infrastructure investments in Southern Europe, primarily in the renewable energy sector. Leading Foresight's investments in unsubsidised solar assets in Iberia region.

Peter is Director, Active Ownership and covers the consumer staples, healthcare and chemicals sector as engagement specialist. He engages with companies on their contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals and looks at Reducing Global Waste and SDG 12.4 in particular when it comes to solar waste. Peter gained over four years of professional experience in business development in frontier markets before joining Robeco in 2011. Peter holds a master's degree in Environmental Sciences from Wageningen University with a minor in Entrepreneurship.

Previously, Virgil has spent a decade leading and building teams and organisations, focusing mainly on the creation of digital platforms based on Energy Smart Metering services, Telco 2.0 related services and endpoint security services.
