|Dually competent and holding 2 French Master degrees in Electronics Engineering and General Management. Peter Karam has accumulated experience in the wind and photovoltaic energies in Europe and overseas, he participated in the design and technical analysis of several photovoltaic installations. From early 2013 to Q1 of 2017, he was a member of Vector Cuatro Group’s asset management team in France, where he managed up to 110MW of solar PV and wind projects. In Q2 of 2017, he joined the Group’s HQ in Madrid, where he is currently supervising, with the asset management team, over 500MW of renewable energy assets in Western Europe and the Americas.|

|Olivier has been with the Swiss-headquartered Stäubli Electrical Connectors, formerly known as Multi- Contact, for more than two years. In his current role as a Global Business Development Manager in the business unit Photovoltaics and Alternative Energies, he is mainly responsible for global key account management, leading internal projects and supporting subsidiaries. Before joining Stäubli, Olivier has gained professional experience in marketing and sales for more than 12 years in the Medtec industry. Olivier holds a BSc economics from the University of Basel, Switzerland.|

|Mr. Stefan Müller is the Co-founder, shareholder of Enerparc AG and since end of 2008 as a board member responsible for the international and operational business. After his diploma theses in 1992 in Solar Energy he gained international experiences in different roles for international companies in various countries and was based in India and Singapore. Santiago brings over 12 years of experience in Renewable Energies, on both Solar and Wind technologies. Throughout his career, he has worked for wind turbine manufacturers and O&M providers as well as for solar PV developers and EPC companies. His expertise includes field experience both in Europe and Latin America,evolving later into more commercial and managerial roles.
In his current role as Head of Solar&Wind at 3E, Santiago focuses on creating value to their customers both on the Technical Advisory business as well as on SynaptiQ and Data Services, 3E’s cutting edge performance monitoring platform for renewable assets

|Dr. Robin Hirschl studied physics in Vienna, Austria, and Lyon, France, and holds a PhD in Computational Materials Science from Vienna University. He started his career at Booz Allen Hamilton (today Strategy&), joining the European Utilities Team, where he lead energy projects throughout Europe as Senior Project Manager.
Since 2007 he has held management positions at Kioto Photovoltaics and KPV Solar, before co-founding ENcome Energy Performance, offering professional technical services to PV power plants across Europe and Australia. He acts as Managing Director since June 2012. From 2014 until 2017 he was also member of the Supervisory Board of Kioto Clear Energy AG.

|Gerhard Mütter is Technical Director of Alteso, where he leads, in the function of Owner Representative Advisory (ORA), supervision of O&M for PV-plants.
Together with the international team of experts at Alteso, Gerhard developed PEAK, our leading-edge data analysis service using special algorithms including machine learning for exploring big data. This software toolset allows supervision of multi-MW PV-plants based on perceptions of deep analysis of large datasets taken from monitoring systems.
Gerhard has worked in the renewable energy industry in product management, product development and PV for Austria’s largest solar-companies for more than 10 years. He has been technical head of large PV plants since 2011. Together with his team, he has analysed more than 2 GW of large PV plants across Europe and India, is Technical Director of Alteso in India, member of the Scientific Committee of EU-PVSEC and lecturer for Photovoltaics at the Technical University in Vienna.
Relevant Education: Automotive Engineer, Technical Mathematics and Informatics at University Linz, Austria, MSc for Renewable Energies at the Technical University, Vienna.
